How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our website — just hit the “Get In Touch” button on any page.
What should I know before my first visit?
Come as you are. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early. If you’re running late, let me know if possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid delays for other clients.
How long do treatments take?
Most sessions range between 30–90 minutes depending on the service. You’ll find estimated times listed on our treatments pages.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! They're available to purchase in person — please get in touch to arrange.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me offer your appointment time to another client.
Late Changes
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
Missed Appointments
If you’re unable to attend and I haven’t heard from you, this will be treated as a missed appointment and the full treatment cost may be charged. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
